DESCRIPTION:The Fernz Foundation is happy to announce our 3rd Charity Gym Competition\, in memory of our beloved Christian Gordon aka Don Fernz. \nThis competition will be hosted back where it  began at Iron World Gym\, Stanhope street\, DE23 6QJ on the 4th of May 2024 at 11am. \nFor those of you that may not know\, The Fernz foundation is focused on mental health and wellbeing\, especially within black males\, and we like to display the benefits of what training can do for the mind. Those of you who knew Christian understand how passionate he was about weight training and fitness. As a result\, it is only right we use this aspect of his life to bring awareness to this cause. \nLet’s make this competition another one to remember\, so bring that same great energy and good competitive vibes. If you are interested in taking part\, please register as soon as possible and take advantage of the early discount booking via the QR code or this link: https://forms.gle/NEGLAV9HSB3yPfaC8 \nEntry will close on the evening of Friday 3rd May so we can deal with the order of the day. If you arrive on the day to take part\, but you have not registered\, there will be a late joining fee.
