Introverted Moves

What is Introverted Moves?

Introverted Moves is on a mission to spread joy and advocate for mental health. I use juggling and table tennis to encourage mindfulness and wellbeing. Both activities can provide many moments of achievement and satisfaction.

Are you up for giving either of these activities a try, or perhaps do you know anyone that would?

Both are effective in supporting people with their mental health. I want people to know that no matter how difficult life can be, it can get better.

What do I offer?

Juggling

I provide an open space for people to come and try juggling using the various equipment available. It is an opportunity for people to learn off myself and each other, have fun with no judgement and make new friends.

If you want a private session, we can do that too. We could either go to a venue, or I can come to your house – wherever is best.  I can work with you on your juggling to get you ready to show off to friends and family.

I can also entertain at a birthday party or an event. Let’s have a discussion and I can be there!

Table Tennis

Here, I do Group Sessions and 1-2-1’s.

Group Sessions go over the basics, whilst always making the exercises engaging, fun and different.

1-2-1’s are tailored towards the individual. We go at your pace. Drills are delivered depending your level and needs.

I have other things I am working on in the background which will help with mental health and wellbeing. I look forward to sharing this with you as things develop. For now, give juggling and/or table tennis a go!
